There are two shipping options.
- Standard shipping is USPS Media mail, and it is included in the
first column. - The second column includes the extra cost per book for USPS
Priority shipping. - Media Mail is advertised to take from 4-14 business days, but we
have noticed that shipments to the east coast can take up to 21
business days. Priority Mail takes 2-5 business days. So if you
want the book quickly, you might consider paying the extra
shipping cost.

- The prices breaks below are cumulative. For example, if you buy 5
books now at $18.00 each, and then 10 more books in 6 months, the
second order price will qualify for the 15 copy price, or $14.00 as shown
below.

- Book orders for ministerial purposes (counselors, churches, para-
church organizations, etc.) are given a special price for 1-9 copies
of $15.00 per copy when sent Media Mail, and slightly higher for
Priority Mail as shown below. (For orders for over 9 copies, the
normal lower pricing chart above applies).

- 7 CD set of the audio teachings on Book Chapters 2-7, 9,10-13,
and 17; plus one MP3 of all these chapters. Price is the same
regardless of number of sets purchased. You may listen to these
audio chapters by clicking on the left of this page.

screen you will be able to enter
the number of copies you want to
buy.

- To make a payment that does not fit the above categories, enter
the even dollar amount in the "Quantity" box below (do not enter
a dollar sign or pennies). Then click on the "Add to Cart" button
and follow the directions that will then be given.
- (Due to a quirk in the credit card software we have been provided, this
is the only way you can enter in the dollar amount of your choice. The
"Quantity" is priced at $1 each, so the "Quantity" you enter becomes
the dollar amount (200 units at $1 becomes $200).

dollar amount you want to contribute (do not enter a dollar sign or
