The prices  below include any sales tax.
There are two shipping options.
  • Standard shipping is USPS Media mail, and it is included in the first
    column.
  • The second column includes the extra cost per book for USPS Priority
    shipping.
  • Media Mail is advertised to take from 4-14 business days, but we have
    noticed that shipments to the east coast can take up to 21 business
    days.  Priority Mail takes 2-5 business days.  So if you want the book
    quickly, you might consider paying the extra shipping cost.

    now at $18.00 each, and then 10 more books in 6 months, the second order
    price will qualify for the 15 copy price, or $14.00 as shown below.

    Book orders for ministerial purposes (counselors, churches, para-
    church organizations, etc.) are given a special price for 1-9 copies of
    $15.00 per copy when sent Media Mail, and slightly higher for Priority
    Mail as shown below.  (For orders for over 9 copies, the normal lower
    pricing chart above applies).
