When we "apply the blood of Jesus," we are forgiving and being forgiven. Then He washes away our sin and we are free.
How does this apply to Bipolar Disorder?
The short answer is that whenever you have anger come up, it is telling you that you have just judged someone or something. The way to fix that is to reflect on what has just happened. When you realize who or what you have judged, then you forgive and are forgiven. After all, Jesus came to take away our sin. That is Christianity 101.
I give you the longer and more complete answer in my book, "I Will Give You Rest." Several key chapters of the book are posted on this website for free.
To understand what it means to judge, read Chapter 4.
To learn what it means to forgive, and why that is the only cure, read Chapter 5.
To learn to understand why it is so important to listen to your negative emotions (in this case anger), read Chapter 11.
Then read the rest of the posted chapters to fill in the gaps.
I would suggest that you begin by reading Chapter 11
